General Market Information
The 2026 Lyons Farmers Market will be held every Sunday 9a-1p in Sandstone Park, from May 10th - October 4th. There will be no market on July 26th or August 9th.
Vendors will pay $25 per booth, per attendance. You will be given the password to the Vendor Portal at fosterabundantspaces.com upon acceptance. Here is where you will find your weekly booth assignments, gross sales reporting forms, and be able to interact with other vendors and the market manager. All information posted there will also come directly to your email inbox. You will have the option to pay vendor fees by cash, check, or through the Vendor Portal - either all up front or weekly.
Vendors will be responsible for providing their own pop-up tent, tent weights, and table. You will be allotted one 10x10ft space, unless you request more which will change your weekly vendor booth fee accordingly. The park has electric boxes for vendors requiring hookup. Please bring your own extension cords. There is no WiFi in the park, so be prepared for offline payments or bring your own hotspot.
Options to attend full-time (16/20 markets), part-time (8/10 markets), or guest (1-4 markets).

This policy must list Abundant Spaces LLC and Town of Lyons as additionally insured - more information upon acceptance to the market
Minimum: $1,000,000 - Why $1,000,000 Insurance Is Required
The $1,000,000 liability limit is a standard requirement for events held on public property. It ensures that if an unexpected accident or injury occurs, such as a customer being hurt at a booth, there is enough insurance to cover medical costs, legal expenses, and potential claims without putting vendors, the market, or the Town at financial risk. Even minor incidents can become expensive very quickly, and this limit reflects today’s real-world costs. For most vendors, a $1M policy is the normal, affordable baseline used at farmers markets and events nationwide, typically costing about $75-$300 per year for general vendors.If insurance is a barrier, reach out to abundant.spaces@gmail.com to discuss your options
Sales Tax License
Colorado Sales Tax License ($16 + $50 deposit for first time sellers, $16 may be prorated depending on when you apply within the two year cycle) current cycle is 2025-2027. The deposit comes back to you once you begin remitting sales tax.
The Town of Lyons has it's own sales tax you must collect and remit to the Colorado Department of Revenue - see brochure for details
Town of Lyons Business License - ONLY FOR BUSINESSES OPERATING FULL TIME IN LYONS ($50 annually)
